POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE EVENTS

Please fill out this Reservation Form for any Food & Beverage in which you would like to participate, e.g., Holiday Party, Luau, New Years Eve, etc. Reservations by telephone cannot be accepted.

Residents have first choice for tickets for all events. Space permitting, one week prior to an event, invited non-resident guests may be included. To inquire about available guest spaces one week prior to an event, call the F&B Director at 703-743-2005.

Payment must be made in full either by check or by credit to your monthly homeowner account.

A 72 - hour cancellation policy is in effect. Any request for refund must be submitted to the Community Relations Committee for review and action.
