RESERVATION FORM
POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR EVENTS AND EXCURSIONS
Please fill out this Reservation Form for any event or excursion in which
you would like to participate, e.g., concerts, plays, sporting events, tours,
etc. Reservations by telephone cannot be accepted.
Residents have first choice for tickets for all events. Space permitting,
one week prior to an event, invited non-resident guests may be included. To
inquire about available guest spaces one week prior to an event, call the
Activities Director at 703-743-2002.
Payment must be made in full either by check or by credit to your monthly
homeowner account. If charging to your homeowner account, full payment will
be due 30 days from receiving your invoice.
A two-week cancellation policy is in effect. If you are unable to use your
ticket within this time period, you may sell or give away your ticket to a
neighbor. Due to the advance purchase of tickets, there can be no refunds.
