All residents wishing to use the pool(s) will be required
to obtain a photo identification card.

3. The Association reserves the right to restrict the usage of the pools by
guests in order to accommodate Association-sponsored special events and
functions.
4. One adult may accompany and supervise no more than three guests under the age of 18.
5. Each household is allowed a maximum of 8 guests per visit.
6. Children wearing diapers, even with rubber pants, will not be allowed in the pool.
7. The introduction to fecal matter or urine into the pool is
strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so or suspected of doing
so is subject to immediate removal and suspension from the pool
facilities and liable for any expenses associated with the clean-up of
the facility.
8. Smoking, chewing tobacco, and gum are not permitted inside the pool deck area.
9. Breakable objects, such as glass containers, are not permitted in the pool deck area.
10. Running, diving, or rough housing is not permitted.
11. Pets are not permitted inside the pool deck area, except for working dogs.
12. Kickboards (adults only), water wings, and "floaties" are the only flotation devices allowed.
Snorkels, water toys, etc. are not permitted.
13. Swimmers must wear proper bathing attire.
14. Pool users must shower to remove any lotions, perfumes, etc. before entering the pool.
15. Persons who have obvious infections (colds, lesions, open sores, etc.) will not be allowed in the
pool.
16. Radios and televisions are permitted in the pool deck area, but must be used with headphones.
17. Tables and chairs may not be reserved.
18. Non alcoholic beverages and light snacks may be brought to the pool for consumption. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Clubhouse.
19. The Association assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items.
20. The outdoor pool facility is not available for private party rental.
