HERITAGE HUNT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INDOOR POOL RULES

1. Fitness Center hours are as follows:

Monday thru Friday	6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays	8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Certified lifeguards will be on duty at all times that the pool is open. No person shall use the pool facility unless the pool is officially open and lifeguards are on duty.
· Lifeguards have the full authority to use their discretion to enforce the rules to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Lifeguards have the authority to remove anyone from the pool for infractions of the pool rules or when, in the sole discretion of the lifeguard, safety is threatened.
· The pool area may be closed at the discretion of the Lifeguard in case of thunder, lightning, rain, operational breakdown, or "unsanitary conditions".

2. Guests must be signed in by a resident and must be accompanied by a resident while at the pool. Guests under 18 years of age, who are accompanied and supervised by an adult, may utilize the indoor pool facility between the hours of:

a.  1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday

b.  1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday

c.  Guest passes are not required at the INDOOR pool between Labor Day and    Memorial Day.

3. One adult may accompany and supervise no more than three guests under the age of 18.

4. Each household is allowed a maximum of 8 guests per visit.

5. The introduction of fecal matter or urine into the pool is strictly prohibited.  Anyone found doing so or suspected of doing so is subject to immediate removal and suspension from the pool facilities and are liable for any expenses associated with the clean-up of the facility

6. Children wearing diapers, even with rubber pants, will not be allowed in the pool.

7. Pool users must shower to remove any lotions, perfumes, etc. before entering the pool.

8. Pets are not permitted inside the Fitness Center, except for working dogs.

9. Breakable objects, such as glass containers, are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

10. Smoking, chewing tobacco, and gum are not permitted inside the Fitness Center or pools.

11. Alcoholic beverages and food are prohibited in the Fitness Center.

12. Swim caps are required for those with below-the-neck length hair.

13. Radios and televisions are permitted in the Fitness Center, but must be used with headphones.

14. Running, diving, or rough housing is not permitted.

15. Only flotation devices provided by Heritage Hunt are allowed in the pool.

16. Persons who have obvious infections (colds, lesions, open sores, etc.) will not be allowed in the pool.

17. The Association assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items.

18. The outdoor pool facility is not available for private party rental.
